Sam Elghor, M.D.
Dr. Sam Elghor is the senior physician in the group. He is trained and board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He has practiced pain management for the past 10 years. He started the Center for Pain Management which has grown into a thriving practice. Dr. Elghor's interests include interventional treatment of various spinal disorders. He has accumulated extensive experience in neuromodulation and implantation of spinal cord stimulators. Kyphoplasty is another area of his expertise.
Ramon Sotto, M.D.
Dr. Ramon Sotto is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has practiced Interventional Pain Medicine for many years in various locations across the state of Minnesota. He resides with his family in Minnetonka and treats patients primarily in our Sartell facility. Dr. Sotto brings a delightful sense of humor that is greatly appreciated by both the staff and the patients. He enjoys spending time with his family and reading. When asked about his life philosophy, he said to treat every day as if it were your last and to give every patient the best care possible.
Ranjan Dey, M.D.
Dr. Ranjan Dey is board certified in both Anesthesiolgy and Pain Management. He has trained in some of the best hospitals in the nation. He relocated to central Minnesota from Massachussetts and brings years of Interventional Pain Management experience. Dr. Dey treats patients in both our Baxter and Sartell facilities.
When he described his life philosophy he quoted Mother Theresa: " Speak Tenderly to them. Let there be kindness in your face, in your eyes, in your smile, in the warmth of your greeting. Always have a cheerful smile. Don't only give your care, but give your heart as well".

Daniel Truax, PA-C
Daniel is a native born Minnesotan. He is a graduate from the St. Cloud Hospital School of Nursing and worked in Cardiac Care at the St. Cloud Hospital. In 1996 he graduated from the Physicians Assistants program at the University of North Dakota. Since that time, Dan has worked in Family Medicine, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management. Dan works closely with the MD's and has a special interest in spinal cord stimulation. Away from work Dan enjoys traveling, gardening, fishing, and working on his old car.
Ann Day, PA-C
Ann completed the Physician Assistant Program at the University of North Dakota in 1996. She worked for a couple years in ENT, and several years in both Neurosurgery & family practice before joining our team. Ann is an active member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, The Minnesota Association of Physician Assistants, and the Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants. Ann and her husband Ray reside in Willmar, where she enjoys running, skiing and biking.
Timothy Montag, PA-C
Tim grew up in central Minnesota. He attended undergraduate school at St. Cloud State University and subsequently went to chiropractic school at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN. After working as a chiropractor for four years, Tim enrolled in PA school at the University of North Dakota, from which he graduated in May 2012. His interests include treating spinal pain and disorders among other musculoskeletal injuries. In his spare time Tim enjoys time with his wife and three children, running, biking, and playing guitar.
Stephen Vang, PA-C
Stephen graduated from the Univeristy of North Dakota in 2010 with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In 2003 he obtained his Doctorate of Medicine from Saint Matthew's University School of Medicine in the Grand Cayman Islands. Stephen holds Masters Degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, WI. He has worked in Orthopedics, Pain Management and Primary Care at a Women's Correctional Faciilty. Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, martial arts, yoga, swimming, playing volleyball and soccer.
William Wallington, NP-C
Bill grew up in central Minnesota. He served for 3 years in the Army's 82nd Airborne Division including a tour in Iraq during Desert shield/Desert storm. He graduated from nursing school in 1999 and worked at Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria for 14 years on the Medical/Surgical floors and ICU. In 2010, Bill attended the Unversity of North Dakota for a Master's degree and certification as an Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, graduating in 2013. Bill has a special interest in treating disorders of the spine and working with older adults. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his family as well as fishing, hunting, riding motorcycle and Tae Kwon Do.
